I will do my utmost to see you achieve the highest price possible for your property. Your interests are my prime concern. I work for you and my commitment is to always act in your best interest. I will keep confidential all personal information about you. You can expect to be kept informed every step of the way.
In addition, I guarantee:
- I will return your call within three business hours. If I don’t then I will deduct $500 from your fee. Would any other agent do that? No! So what else wouldn’t they do for you?
- Whatever your first offer is I will advise you to countersign. You must be confident I’m working in your best interest and not trying for a quick sale (As a vendor you can disregard my advice).
- Your interests are my prime concern. I work for you and my commitment is to always act in your best interest.
- I will only show qualified buyers through your property.
- Client confidentiality. I believe your reasons for selling are your business and should NOT be divulged to a prospective purchaser.
- I will offer feedback on viewings and open homes within a 24-hour period.
- I will contact all residents in your immediate area and inform them your house is for sale.
- I will put forward an honest opinion at all times.
- To simplify the above, if someone should ask “how is your sale going?” and your answer is “I don’t know” then feel free to sack me immediately. I believe this guarantee supersedes the Agency contract to sell real estate.
